Which files can I upload?
Customer requests accept PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 15 MB each and 12 files per request. Select the requested document type before adding a file.
How do I check progress?
Keep the reference shown after submission and contact your review team. Submission confirmation means your documents were received; it is not a verification decision.
