Terms of Use
These terms explain how to use the Verify submission and review portal.
Using Verify
Customer submission links are provided by an organisation requesting verification. Use a link only for the request it identifies, and submit documents and details that you are authorised to provide. Reviewer areas are for authorised accounts. The organisation requesting verification manages the case and the decision that follows the review.
Verification results
Verify presents document observations, source information and review tools. An automated finding or a public listing is evidence for an authorised reviewer to assess; it is not, by itself, proof of identity, document authenticity, business ownership or wrongdoing. A submission confirmation means files were received, not that verification is complete.
Third-party information
Some reviewer tools display Google Maps business listings. Google Maps content is provided under and subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms where Google Maps content is used. Listings can be incomplete or out of date, and do not change a document’s concern score. Other linked public sources have their own terms.
Questions about a request
If you received a customer submission link, contact the organisation that sent it for questions about your request, its status, your information or its retention. If you are a reviewer, contact your Verify administrator about access to the workspace.
